Culinary Adventures Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in the Philippines to plan and coordinate its compensation plans and benefits packages under HR supervision.
You will review policies, ensure compliance with current legislation, use data-based methods for direct and indirect compensation, and conduct salary and labor market surveys while maintaining HR data and preparing trend reports.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the HR Supervisor and within the limits of established policies and procedures and the service skills manual of Culinary Adventures Inc., plan and coordinate a company's compensation plans and benefit packages. Work closely with a company's human resources department, review and update existing benefits and compensation-related policies, and ensure these comply with current legislation.

Define fair, equitable, competitive total compensation and benefits package.
Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation.
Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations.
Assess employees' needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to determine what motivates and engages employees.
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Conduct periodic audits and prepare HR reports, data summaries, and trends.
Maintain computer software and update the HR database containing organizational chart, job descriptions, job grade, salary level, employee benefits package, Code of Conduct, and HR policies and procedures manual.
Compute employees' payroll, OT, ND & holidays.
Facilitate filing employee benefit forms for sick leave, maternity leave, SSS, Pag-big, and PhilHealth.
Bachelor's degree in HR, AB/BS Psychology
Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA)
At least 2 years of working experience
Experience with Sprout is an advantage
Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Office, business management, and presentation tools
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
