Job summary

TTEC is seeking an HR Business Partner to support designated business units from remote locations in the Philippines. You will partner with leaders to address talent needs, implement talent initiatives, and collaborate with COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll and legal.

You will report to the Director of People and Culture and build trusted relationships with executive and director-level leaders while coaching them to drive performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence leaders
• Ability to coach and develop people leaders and build trust with executives

Responsibilities

• Support assigned business units and leaders to address Talent needs
• Develop and implement talent initiatives aligned to business goals
• Collaborate with COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll and legal
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance, coaching, and employee relations support
• Assist with compensation administration, job evaluations, policy interpretation
