Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across the Philippines, Latin America, and the United States to translate business objectives into regional people plans.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and talent development.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Legal to ensure coordinated people support across regions.
• Identify regional trends and risks; recommend practical improvements and policy updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and navigate cross-time-zone, multicultural collaboration.
