Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Ilocos Region seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, ER, performance, training, compensation, and policy implementation.

You will drive people initiatives, coach managers, analyze HR metrics, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. This role requires travel within the Ilocos Region and a proven track record in HR business partnering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel within Ilocos Region.

Responsibilities
