The role ensures alignment of HR practices with organizational goals while guiding employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. The incumbent will implement HR strategies, manage on-site operations, and develop HR dashboards (attrition, absenteeism, headcount) to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to mid-to-night shift schedules.

Job Description:

The HRBP Associate Manager will support the Human Resources Business Partner function by managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for assigned business units.
