The role requires reviewing HR data to inform planning and partnering with managers to implement consistent people practices. A permanent contract is offered.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering broad HR support in a business partnering capacity.
• Knowledge of employee relations and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work with managers on workforce needs and people-related decisions.
• Experience applying HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Confidence in reviewing HR data and identifying useful workforce trends.
