AMBER GOLDEN CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS CORPORATION is seeking an HR Business Partner to align manpower planning with store operations and drive data-driven HR decisions. You will analyze turnover, absenteeism, and productivity using advanced Excel and reporting dashboards to improve staffing and engagement.

1. Strategic Partnership & Data Analytics
Partner with operational leaders to understand manpower needs, performance gaps, and talent requirements.
Utilize HR analytics and dashboards (e.g., advanced Excel) to track, interpret, and report on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and manpower productivity.
Recommend data-driven solutions to improve branch performance, staffing efficiency, and employee engagement.
Drive the implementation of performance management frameworks, including store success scorecards and corporate KPI alignments.
Champion company culture-building initiatives, ensuring the values are integrated into daily branch operations.
Oversee and promote structured employee recognition and incentive programs
Collaborate with the Operations Talent Development (OTD) team to identify training needs and support the continuous development of restaurant leaders.
Facilitate smooth workforce transitions for new store openings, including onboarding, administration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP capacity and training and development.
Strong preference for candidates coming from the Food & Beverage (F&B), Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formula utilization) is required.
Experience with data visualization tools or platforms is highly advantageous.
