AMBER GOLDEN CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS CORPORATION is seeking an HR Business Partner to align manpower planning with store operations and drive data-driven HR decisions. You will analyze turnover, absenteeism, and productivity using advanced Excel and reporting dashboards to improve staffing and engagement.

You will lead performance management and culture-building initiatives, collaborate with the OTD team on training needs, and manage onboarding for new store openings in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP capacity and training and development.
  • Strong preference for candidates coming from the Food & Beverage (F&B), Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formula utilization) is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or platforms is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leaders to understand manpower needs, performance gaps, and talent requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Talent Development (OTD) team to identify training needs and support the continuous development of restaurant leaders.
  • Facilitate smooth workforce transitions for new store openings, including onboarding, administration.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership & Data Analytics

  • Partner with operational leaders to understand manpower needs, performance gaps, and talent requirements.

  • Oversee and promote structured employee recognition and incentive programs

  • Collaborate with the Operations Talent Development (OTD) team to identify training needs and support the continuous development of restaurant leaders.

  • Facilitate smooth workforce transitions for new store openings, including onboarding, administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP capacity and training and development.

    • Strong preference for candidates coming from the Food & Beverage (F&B), Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industries.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formula utilization) is required.

    • Experience with data visualization tools or platforms is highly advantageous.
