Job summary

Nidec Motor Philippines Corporation in Manila is seeking a dedicated HR Benefits Coordinator to help administer employee benefit programs through Workday and support US-based benefits policies. You will be the first contact for questions on eligibility, enrollment, and plan provisions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years' HR experience with US operations, and the ability to work graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent experience.
• With 2 years of experience supporting a US-based company in HR.
• Workday experience a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of employee benefit programs administration through Workday.
• First point of contact with employees regarding questions on US benefits eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits.
• Assist employees with US benefits enrollments, as a new employee, life event and open enrollment.
• Provide Workday administrative support to HR departments to support benefits plan administration, terminations, leaves.
• Assist employees with carrier contacts, coverage verification and benefit documentation requests.
• Perform Dependent Audit verification for new employees and dependents enrolled in Nidec benefit plans.
• Escalate questions as necessary to resolve complex benefits issues.
• Assists with weekly management of benefit plan administration and payroll billing questions or problems.
