Phoenix Publishing House Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.
You will coordinate onboarding, regularization, offboarding, and internship programs across the organization. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field and at least five years of recruitment or HR operations experience.
This role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment through separation. You will coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, employee regularization, offboarding, and internship/OJT programs across the organization.
Source, screen, assess, and endorse qualified candidates, ensuring timely coordination with Hiring Managers from manpower request through job offer and candidate acceptance
Complete employee documentation, system access, pre-employment requirements, and orientation, coordinating with ICT, Payroll, Data Privacy, Health & Safety, and Hiring Managers
Process regularization contracts, salary and leave adjustments, benefits enrollment, and benefits orientation, coordinating with Hiring Managers, Payroll, and the Employee Benefits Administrator
Guide employees through separation procedures, conduct exit interviews, monitor clearance, and coordinate final pay and quitclaim with Department Heads, ICT/Admin, Payroll/Finance, and other teams
Screen and interview OJT/internship applicants, coordinate acceptance and requirements, conduct orientation, and facilitate CNDA completion, working with schools, host departments, ICT/Admin, and Compliance
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least five (5) year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management, or HR operations preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and statutory requirements is an advantage
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling applicant and employee information
