About the role

Sky Ads Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Assistant – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition who can manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful hiring. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in recruitment, social media sourcing, recruitment marketing, candidate screening, interviewing, and applicant follow-up. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and fast-paced manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, initial interviews, candidate endorsement, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and hiring coordination.
• Source candidates through Facebook, TikTok, job boards, recruitment groups, referrals, Telegram, and other approved recruitment channels.
• Create engaging recruitment posts, hiring advertisements, short-form content, and recruitment materials.
• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-assisted content tools to support recruitment marketing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries through messages, chats, and social media.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and determine suitability based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and work attitude.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Work toward established recruitment KPIs such as qualified applicants, interviews, interview show-up rates, offers, and successful hires.
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify sourcing channels that generate the best candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and applicant records.

About you

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
• Must provide accurate and ethical recruitment information to applicants.
