The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and proactive applicant follow-up, with a focus on recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include sourcing through Facebook, TikTok, job boards, referrals, Telegram, and other approved channels; creating engaging recruitment posts with Canva and CapCut; and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates and screening for fit.
• Experience creating recruitment content and hiring materials.
• Strong written, verbal and online communication skills.
• Comfort with recruitment KPIs and fast-paced hiring cycles.
• Organized with solid applicant tracking and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hire.
• Source candidates via Facebook, TikTok, job boards, referrals, and Telegram.
• Create engaging recruitment posts and materials for channels.
• Support recruitment marketing with Canva/CapCut and AI tools.
• Respond promptly to applicant inquiries and maintain pipelines.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports; monitor KPIs.
