Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a dedicated recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end staffing processes. You will review requisitions, source candidates, build a ready pool, draft and post job ads, and organize recruitment activities to attract top talent.

You will coordinate interviews, administer assessments, screen resumes, and track applicant status while preparing regular reports for the department head. A proactive approach and strong communication are essential.

Job description

• Reviews the Manpower Requisition Form submitted by the requesting departments/branches and ensures completeness of data before endorsing to the Immediate Superior/Department Head for proper action
• Sources applicants using different sourcing methods/channels within the standard recruitment period
• Develops pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Drafts job advertisements and posts approved job openings to both internal and external job search channels/portals
• Organizes internal recruitment activities
• Participates in external recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates
• Maintains active recruitment network through industry contacts, trade groups, association memberships, government agencies and employees
• Schedules applicants for testing and interview
• Administers, scores and evaluates assessment tests as required
• Conducts resume screening and initial interview with suitable candidates
• Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Immediate Superior and the requesting department
• Keeps track of the status of applicants
• Prepares and submits accurate reports/data such as:
• Weekly Manpower Requisition (MR) Status Report
• Memo re newly hired employees
• List of newly hired employees for payroll or training (as applicable) purposes
• Monthly Attrition and Exit Interview Report
• Terminal Report (Job Fairs)
• Deals with and responds to inquiries of applicants, employees, officers related to recruitment issues or processes
• Conducts researches and study on current recruitment trends and new ways to increase effectiveness of recruitment campaigns
• Performs other work related functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head from time to time
