The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring in accordance with company policies and regulations, with the goal of ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
Major Responsibilities
- 1. Develops and implements comprehensive manpower fulfillment planning and recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives in order to meet the organization's hiring needs and contribute to its long-term goals.
- 2. Leads the end-to-end process of recruitment operation including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various position within the organization in order to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, resulting in the timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- 3. Establishes a strong employer brand in all available platforms of the company within the same industry in order to attract talent pool and eventually be an employer of choice.
- 4. Develops innovative business process improvements to enhance existing processes and conducts/facilitates recruitment-related enablement sessions to ensure team alignment.
- 5. Utilizes various recruitment channels such as advertising, employee referrals, job boards (Indeed), local government partnerships, social media, university relations, and the company website in order to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates that would ensure a steady flow of talent.
- 6. Monitors the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations order to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of Employee Template File (ETF), interview notes, and hiring decisions.
- 7. Conducts initial screening and interview to qualified candidates for Managerial or Head level roles in order to identify and present a diverse pool of high-quality candidates who are well-suited to the requirements of each role.
- 8. Tracks key recruitment metrics such as the daily manpower requirements using the Employee Management System (EMS) to monitor the turnaround time of approved Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) in order to ensure prompt fulfillment of requests and compliance for all vacancies across regions.
- 9. Oversees the effective use of recruitment systems, including the plantilla module and other recruitment modules within the Employee Management System (EMS) in order to ensure that these systems are efficiently utilized for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Additionally, identifies opportunities for system enhancements, collaborates with IT to implement improvements, and provides training to the recruitment team on new features and best practices to optimize system performance.
- 10. Prepares regular reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- 11. Evaluates, coaches, and recognizes direct reports and staff, aligning appraisals with agreed KPIs to drive high performance and sustained engagement within the Department.
- 12. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
