Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and shortlist candidates for Team Leader, Cashier, Pump Attendant and Reliever roles, coordinating onboarding and ensuring timely pre-employment compliance.

You will collaborate with the Stations training team and the department to fill vacancies while maintaining staffing targets and a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or HR Management required.
• 1–2 years experience in Recruitment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source the best candidates through identified efficient channels.
• Assess potential candidates and forward those with a job fit to Stations training team.
• Coordinate with Stations department to update for vacant positions.
• Ensure staffing goals are met with an acceptable vacancy rate.
• Ensure candidates complete pre-employment requirements in prescribed period.
• Implement onboarding for candidates.
• Prepare accurate Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) form.
• Assist new hires in TIN enrollment for first time employees.

Job Description:

• Ensure staffing goals are met with an acceptable vacancy rate.
• Ensure that candidates completes their pre-employment requirements in the prescribed period.
• Follow a system of rigorous implementation of onboarding candidates.
• Ensure complete and accurate pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding.
• Prepare accurate Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) form.
• Assist new hires in TIN enrollment for first time employees.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or HR Management.
• At least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment.
