With Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Social Sciences/Medical/Engineering or any related field.
Preferably graduate of Nursing and Engineering course.
Open to fresh grad and aspiring Human Resource professional.
Experience in HR, Learning & Development.
Know how on ESG/Sustainability skills, labor compliance and talent management.
Knowledge in ISO management system.
Strong knowledge in job analysis and job design.
Preferably with knowledge in learning principles and instructional design.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
With good communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.
Collaborate with management to assess organizational training and development needs.
Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with company objectives.
Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments.
Design onboarding, leadership development, and employee upskilling programs.
Manage employee training calendars, workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
Support succession planning and talent development strategies.
Advise managers on performance improvement and employee growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and mandatory training requirements.
Track L&D budgets and optimize training resources.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
