Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor - Organizational Effectiveness to partner with business teams in designing and implementing development and talent initiatives that improve performance and strengthen capabilities.

You will lead organizational diagnosis, develop interventions, manage learning initiatives, and support succession planning while ensuring confidentiality and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related course.
• 1 year of Organizational Development experience; exposure to Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OD, Performance Management, Competency Management, Job Analysis/Evaluation, and Talent Management.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, job analysis, and performance management.
• Manage Balanced Scorecards, Performance Reviews, and Individual Development Plans for assigned teams.
• Support Talent Management initiatives including competency assessment, talent reviews, succession planning, and mobility.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend development interventions.
• Conduct organizational diagnosis and monitor intervention plans.
• Support Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for HR Supervisor - Organizational Effectiveness who will partner with business teams in designing and implementing organizational development and talent initiatives that improve performance, strengthen capabilities, and support organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, job analysis, job descriptions, and performance management.
• Manage and support Balanced Scorecards, Performance Reviews, and Individual Development Plans for assigned teams.
• Support Talent Management initiatives, including competency assessment, talent reviews, succession planning, talent mobility, and development programs.
• Identify learning and competency gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.
• Conduct organizational diagnosis, analyze findings, and work with leaders to develop and monitor appropriate interventions and action plans.
• Support organization-wide and team-specific Employee Engagement initiatives.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant Organizational Development experience; exposure to other HR functions such as Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Organizational Development, Performance Management, Competency Management, Job Analysis/Evaluation, and Talent Management.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism.
