Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

The role acts as a liaison between HR and various business units to ensure consistent HR practices. The successful candidate will manage employee relations, performance processes, training initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting organizational development and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Generalist or in Labor Relations.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in ROSALES, PANGASINAN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mid-management to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and addressing performance issues.
• Identify training needs and facilitate workshops to enhance skills.

Who are we looking for:

As a Human Resource Business Partner | Rosales Pangasinan, you are expected to work closely with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between the HR department and various business units, ensuring alignment in HR practices and initiatives.

• Collaborate with mid-management to understand the organization's long-term objectives and develop HR strategies that align with these goals.

• Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to people on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

• Support people in performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.

• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.

• Collaborate on organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, change management, and succession planning.

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1 – 2 experiences as a Generalist or more in the Labor Relations facet.

• Experience in the Retail Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Good Industry is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Strong ethical and confidential handling of sensitive HR information.
