Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking an HR professional specializing in Employee Engagement to plan and execute activities that foster camaraderie and teamwork. The role requires collaborating with multiple departments to boost productivity and to support HR functions, while maintaining strong relationships with staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• 1 year HR experience in Employee Engagement.
• Excellent English communication (written and oral).
• Strong accuracy and time management skills.
• Able to work from home with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, spearhead, and execute activities for employees to foster camaraderie and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for productivity improvements.
• Build relationships with team leadership and staff.

• Support other HR functions as needed (employee documentation, liaise with providers).
• Follow team and client procedures, policies, and methodologies.

• Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources handling Employee Engagement.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
