Educar Shared Services Inc. is looking for a people-oriented and creative Employee Engagement Assistant who will support and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and encourage employee participation, connection, and collaboration across the organization and its business units.
Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, values, and employee needs.
Plans and coordinates employee activities, company events, team-building, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
Conducts employee surveys, pulse checks, and feedback activities; analyzes results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Supports employee experience and recognition programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
Develops and disseminates internal communications related to engagement activities and campaigns.
Monitors participation, evaluates program effectiveness, and prepares engagement reports for management.
Coordinates with HR teams, business units, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
Provides support to the Employee Engagement Lead and handles other related projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related course.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Human Resources, Events Management, Internal Communications, Learning and Development, or related functions.
Experience in organizing and implementing employee activities, company events, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, or internal campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a strong interest in employee experience and workplace culture.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and other communication or event-planning tools.
Ability to work effectively with employees at different levels and coordinate with various departments and business units.
