CW Marketing & Development Corporation is seeking an HR professional to handle recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations for our Manila team.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have strong communication skills, and be willing to work six days a week across branches within Metro Manila.
Implements day to day activities/procedures of the Human Resources department in the following facets: recruitment and plantilla management, timekeeping and payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee and labor relations and rewards and recognition
Monitors branch plantilla
Maintains and updates 201 files of agency based and suppliers' employees
Conducts recruitment activities to serve the manpower requirements
Checks and validates daily attendance, direct hired and agency-based employees such as overtime, leave, travel, timekeeping applications in HRIS
Prepares summary report and process DTR report of direct hired employees
Attends to employees' salary/timekeeping related concerns
Prepares timekeeping/payroll related reports timely and accurately such as but not limited to payroll summary, perfect attendance, and other attendance-related reports
Coordinates with head office compensation and benefits team on filing, processing, and enrollment of government benefits,HMO, SSS loan, HDMF loan, and company loan requests
Conducts performance appraisal feedback of direct and agency-based employees with department heads (probationary, semi and annual appraisal and renewal of service contract)
Computes HR Grade as part of appraisal
Conducts initial investigation based on the forwarded incident report by the concerned department to be submitted to the HR head for review
Prepares and facilitates concerns, grievances, inquiries, and feedback to be escalated to the HR Manager
Prepares timely and accurate reports such as but not limited to semi-annual performance appraisal, disciplinary timeline, agency feedback, and agency employee feedback and recruitment reports
Computes HR grade as part of performance appraisal
Generates monthly report of employees' attendance to HR Supervisor for disciplinary action
Prepares tardiness memos and other disciplinary-related letters to agencies and suppliers
Conducts exit interviews of separated employees and facilitates clearance signing
Performs administrative functions as secondary in the absence of administration personnel
Performs other HR/administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent program. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With good foundation in the facets of Human Resource Management is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code/Law is an advantage.
Good written and oral communication skills
Willing to work six days a week
