Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a leadership role focused on Organizational Development and Talent Management in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape organizational capability, drive change, and embed a high-performance culture across the organization.

The position emphasizes design, measurement, and the rollout of development initiatives, workforce planning, and governance frameworks to sustain business performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in Organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience interpreting workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization development programs that strengthen Organizational capability and business performance.
• Design and implement Organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Facilitate Organizational design and structure reviews to support changing business needs.
• Drive succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted interventions.
• Support performance management, talent review, and employee development processes.
• Lead change management activities for Organizational transformation projects.
• Analyse workforce data and provide recommendations to improve Organizational outcomes.
• Develop frameworks, tools, and policies that enhance employee and leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to embed a high-performance culture across the organization.
