Fastlink Warehousing Services Inc in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement, onsite in Paranaque City.
With 5–6 years in HR and hands-on supervision of 3–5 staff, you will ensure labor-law compliance, resolve employee relations issues, and drive performance processes while coordinating with government filings and office administration.
Performing the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement activities, among others.
Performs the full cycle of recruitment, end-to-end from sourcing until a candidate gets hired.
Collects, validates, processes, and maintains employment-related information, records, and transaction for new hires, which may include HRIS record setup, background checks, and validation of documentation
Responds and acts on routine inquiries of employees regarding benefits, contracts, and other aspects relating to their employment
Responds to any employee concern, grievance and/or ongoing investigations.
Attends any labor related cases or mediations.
Handle employee relations issues promptly and effectively, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensures that all employees comply with policies and processes and disciplines employees who don't.
Executes HR programs, policies, and tasks assigned to him/her involving several areas of HR programs.
Stay-up-to-date on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
Spearheads the performance management of all employees.
Manages the performance and efficiency of the HR team.
Monitors and manages the performance of the HR Admin.
Monitors all office administration duties to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment
Plans and supervises office administration activities and events
Ensures appropriate and timely provision of administrative support to all departments in the organization
Monitors the timely preparation of business documents as required by government agencies and/or external clients
Ensures timely processing of yearly licenses and accreditations from various government agencies where company business require accreditations.
Prepare process flows of all operational processes of the company.
Reports directly to the President.
Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent discipline is preferred
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a track record of efficiency and organization.
Minimum of 5-6 years of comprehensive HR experience is required for this position.
With at least 4 years working experience in a senior or supervisory role.
Experience managing teams of 3-5 people is essential for this supervisory role.
Must be knowledgeable in government benefits and Philippine labor laws.
Practical application experience with Philippine labor law compliance is required.
Must have experience with employee relations and employee grievances.
