Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking an HR and Admin Coordinator to support foreign employees from onboarding through daily HR operations.
You will handle relocation, visa/work permit processing, housing, transportation, and orientation. You will also manage international procurement, source office supplies from overseas suppliers, coordinate with freight forwarders, and maintain vendor records while supporting general office administration.
Job Responsibilities:
HR (Foreign Employee Support)
Serve as the main HR contact foreign employees throughout onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR support.
Coordinate relocation, visa/work permit processing, housing, transportation, and local orientation.
Assist with HR policies, benefits, leave administration, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate HR records and support HR documentation and administrative tasks.
Administration & International Procurement
Source products and office supplies through international suppliers (e.g., Alibaba, Taobao).
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation while maintaining vendor records.
Support office administration, procurement requests, inventory management, and facilities coordination.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, administration, or procurement.
Experience supporting foreign employees, employee onboarding, or international HR coordination is highly preferred.
Experience in international procurement, particularly sourcing through Taobao, Alibaba, or Chinese suppliers, is an advantage.
Excellent Mandarin, Filipino, and English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
