Aice Philippines Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a versatile HR/Administrative Assistant to support daily HR, legal, administrative and public affairs activities. You will coordinate with Chinese-speaking management, local staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities include onboarding, attendance tracking, document handling, compliance tasks, and general office support. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong learning potential and integrity are valued.
Support daily HR, legal, administrative and public affairs matters of the Aice Philippine, including document preparation, internal coordination, meeting arrangements, filing and follow-up of key tasks.
Assist in communication and coordination between Chinese-speaking management , local employees, external partners, service providers, government agencies and other stakeholders.
Support HR-related work, including employee documentation, onboarding coordination, attendance and leave tracking, employee communication and other HR operational matters.
Assist with legal and compliance-related administrative work, including contract coordination, document review follow-up, legal filing, company certificates, licenses and other corporate documents.
Support general administrative work, including office administration, travel arrangements, procurement coordination, asset management , meeting logistics and other daily office matters.
Assist in public affairs and external communication matters, including coordinating with local authorities, external consultants, business partners and service providers when needed.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor and business management team.
Bachelor’s degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with strong learning ability and development potential.
Fluent Chinese language ability is required. The candidate must be able to use Chinese as a working language, including daily communication, document reading, written correspondence and coordination with Chinese-speaking management .
Native Phillipino with good command of English is preferred.
Positive, proactive, responsible and detail-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks, follow up on details and work under reasonable pressure.
High level of integrity, confidentiality awareness and professionalism, especially when handling HR, legal and management -related information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience or internship exposure in HR, legal, administration, government relations, public affairs or business support functions is preferred but not required.
Candidates who are interested in developing a long-term career in corporate management , HR, legal, administration or public affairs will be preferred.
Experience working in a Chinese company, multinational company, manufacturing company or FMCG-related business environment is a plus.
