Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an HR Representative (Project Based) to act as the Voice and Analyst for the Factory Group. You will shape employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, and build data-driven HR dashboards that influence business decisions.

In this role you will partner with HR teams on performance management, employee relations, communications, and CSR initiatives, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years HR experience in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Canva or graphic design tools experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support across the organization.
• Assist with employee relations and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Support talent management initiatives and performance processes.
• Manage internal communications via intranet, SharePoint, and newsletters.
• Publish engaging internal content and leadership communications.
• Build dashboards and reports to track attrition, engagement, and performance.
