You will manage internal communications, support talent programs, and help ensure data integrity and compliance. The role blends HR operations with analytics, offering rich exposure to CSR activities and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, required.
• 1–2 years HR experience in semiconductor or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
• Familiar with intranet platforms (SharePoint) and Canva for simple designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• General HR business partnering support, including employee relations and performance programs.
• Internal HR communications management across intranet, alerts, and newsletters.
• Drive employee engagement campaigns and coordinate town halls and forums.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
