Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems seeks an Associate HR Representative (Project Based) to act as both Voice and Analyst for the Factory Group. You will shape the employee experience, drive engagement, and support data-driven HR dashboards that influence decisions.

Responsibilities include managing internal communications, organizing town halls, coordinating forums like Kamustahan/NEIP, and building HR metrics while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or Marketing.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Canva for basic design work.
• Strong Excel data skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal HR communications channels (Intranet, email, newsletters).
• Organize quarterly town halls and feedback forums; support engagement campaigns.
• Build data dashboards to track attrition, performance and engagement trends.
• Support HRBP activities including employee relations and performance programs.
