Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, required.
• 1–2 years HR experience in semiconductor or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
• Familiar with intranet platforms (SharePoint) and Canva for simple designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• General HR business partnering support, including employee relations and performance programs.
• Internal HR communications management across intranet, alerts, and newsletters.
• Drive employee engagement campaigns and coordinate town halls and forums.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-minded professional to join our team as an HR Representative (Project Based). In this unique dual-impact role, you will serve as both the Voice and the Analyst of Allegro (Factory Group). You will have the opportunity to directly shape our employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, facilitate key feedback forums, and build data-driven HR dashboards that influence strategic business decisions.

What Will You Do

1. General HR Business Partnering Support
   • Assist Employee Relations: Support HR representatives with disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.
   • Support Talent Management: Aid in executing performance management systems and key rewards and recognition programs.
2. Internal & HR Communications Management
   • Manage Communication Channels: Oversee and update the HR Intranet (Sharepoint), AMPI HR Notifications, email channels, bulletin boards, TV monitors, and electronic newsletters.
   • Publish Internal Content: Write engaging internal articles, leadership messages, and targeted organizational campaigns.
   • Facilitate Open Forums: Organize and facilitate quarterly townhall meetings and structured focus group discussions such as Kamustahan and the New Employee Integration Program (NEIP)
3. Employee Engagement & Cultural Promotion
   • Drive Engagement Campaigns: Partner with HR teams to boost employee engagement, wellness, and our collaborative company culture.
   • Coordinate Corporate Events: Lead communication logistics for townhalls, employee activities, and company-wide events.
   • Support CSR Initiatives: Assist HR representatives with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement activities.
4. Data Analytics & HRBP Metrics
   • Build Data Dashboards: Create visual dashboards to present key HR metrics such as attrition, performance, and engagement trends.
   • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local labor regulations.

What You Will Bring (Requirements & Competencies)

• Education: Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree program
• Industry Experience: With at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as HR Representative or HR Generalist in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Digital & Graphic Design Savvy: Proven proficiency with media platforms (Intranet/Sharepoint) and graphic design tools like Canva.
• Analytical Skills: Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
• Data Visualization: Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal savvy to connect with employees at all levels, and a passion for building an inclusive workplace.
