SM Retail is seeking an Human Resources Assistant - Analytics to support the SAVP - HR with data-driven HR reporting, analytics, and administrative tasks. The role ensures data accuracy and contributes to efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years in HR analytics or reporting, with strong Excel skills including pivot tables and charts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, Industrial Eng., or related field.
• 1-2 years HR administration or analytics experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and administrative skills may be considered.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas, pivot tables and charts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Assist in developing and improving HR reporting tools and processes.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, activities, and projects.
