Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square) is seeking an HR Analytics professional in the Philippines. The role focuses on market-based compensation research, salary survey execution, and building equitable remuneration structures.
You will work with HRIS data and KPIs to support business decisions and compliance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of HR analytics experience, with advanced Excel skills to manipulate large datasets.
Conduct research and analyze market data to determine competitive compensation rates for various job positions.
Develop and maintain compensation structures that align with the organization's overall compensation philosophy and internal equity.
Conduct salary surveys to gather compensation data from comparable organizations in the same industry and geographic region.
Evaluate compensation trends and identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement in the organization's compensation programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in the organization's HRIS system.
Provide compensation data and analysis for special projects or initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline
With at least 1 year of professional experience in HR analytics, people analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role, ideally within an HR or Remuneration & Benefits function
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), and other Microsoft tools
Strong understanding of HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), remuneration structures, and benefits administration
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms and HR databases
Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices is highly desirable
