Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a KPI Performance Analyst to validate KPI scores and support process improvements within the Performance & Growth function. The role is data-driven, focusing on analytics and workflow optimization rather than client-facing activities.
You will audit trackers, apply improvement methodologies, and assist monthly performance reviews across client entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
You will be responsible for KPI validation and process-improvement support within the Performance & Growth function, under the guidance of the HR Operations Manager. This role is data- and process-oriented, leaning more analytical/process-focused than people-facing.
Validate KPI scores across all role-based scorecards for timeliness and accuracy before submission to the HR Operations Manager
Audit the KPI Monitoring Tracker formulas and underlying data for integrity on a recurring basis
Apply process-improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma / DMAIC or equivalent) to identify and correct inefficiencies in performance-cycle and KPI-validation workflows
Assist administering the monthly performance review cycle across client entities
Maintain performance documentation and completion tracking
Compile validated performance and KPI data for the HR Operations Manager and leadership review
Support performance improvement plan (PIP) documentation
Flag data anomalies or scoring errors to the HR Operations Manager before reports are released
Escalate issues to the HR Operations Manager and coordinate with internal departments (Payroll, Legal, etc.)
Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative/business course
Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher), or demonstrated process-improvement experience, required
At least 2-3 years of experience in KPI/performance analytics, quality/process improvement, or business analysis (HR exposure a plus but not required)
Strong Excel and data-validation skills; comfortable auditing formulas and trackers for accuracy
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict validation deadlines
Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred)
Experience building or auditing KPI dashboards/scorecards (preferred)
Background in quality assurance, business process improvement, or data analytics (preferred)
