This role drives effective talent acquisition strategies, supports recruitment process improvements, and partners closely with hiring managers and Business Units to deliver quality talent solutions.

The TA Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to job offer generation and onboarding readiness. This role drives effective talent acquisition strategies, supports recruitment process improvements, and partners closely with hiring managers and Business Units to deliver quality talent solutions.

The TA Specialist serves as a recruitment representative and builds strong partnerships with local operations and global stakeholders to ensure hiring goals and (SLAs) are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate endorsement, and job offers.
• Administer online assessments and assist candidates with Workday applications.
• Manage candidate pipelines across various sourcing channels to optimize recruitment resources.
• Conduct HR interviews for rank-and-file positions and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Lead recruitment-related projects, BU calls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, local operations, and Business Units.
• Ensure recruitment targets and SLAs are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years of sourcing experience, preferably in BPO/shared services or high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong skills in sourcing, lead generation, and candidate engagement.
• Knowledge of Boolean search is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience using recruitment tools, Workday, and MS Office applications.
• Basic competency-based and behavioral interviewing skills.
• Intermediate problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
