The Associate Director, Talent Solutions is responsible for leading and managing the organisation's talent acquisition function, ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment objectives through effective sourcing strategies, recruiter leadership, offer management, onboarding coordination, and recruitment process optimisation.
This role oversees recruitment teams, drives operational excellence, develops talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, and implements strategies to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and overall recruitment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support organisational hiring goals.
- Identify talent market trends and recommend sourcing approaches to address hiring demands.
- Partner with internal hiring teams to forecast workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Establish recruitment targets and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
Recruitment Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment support staff.
- Set performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning for team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee sourcing strategies across multiple job families and levels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Drive innovative sourcing initiatives through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and talent communities.
- Ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates to meet hiring timelines.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Standardise recruitment workflows and implement best practices across the recruitment function.
- Monitor hiring activity, pipeline health, and process adherence.
Offer Management
- Oversee offer preparation, compensation alignment, and approval processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate release of offers to candidates.
- Monitor offer acceptance rates and identify opportunities to reduce offer declines.
- Lead initiatives to improve candidate engagement throughout the offer stage.
Onboarding Management
- Oversee pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
- Coordinate onboarding readiness and completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Monitor onboarding metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure successful new hire integration.
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate recruitment workflows and identify areas for automation and
- Implement recruitment technologies, reporting tools, and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, recruitment documentation, and process controls.
- Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and recruitment turnaround times.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics including:

- Generate regular reports and insights for leadership.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience managing recruitment teams.
- Experience leading sourcing, recruitment operations, offer management, and onboarding functions.
- Proven track record supporting high-volume and specialised hiring initiatives.
- Experience in BPO, RPO, offshoring, staffing, or shared services environments preferred.
