Job summary

Symbos, a people-first BPO provider serving Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, seeks an HR Administrator to deliver confidential HR support, manage employee lifecycle transactions and maintain HRIS data in a hybrid Manila setting. You will work with a team focused on accuracy, responsiveness and practical HR expertise to create meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year or more of HR administration experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding and contract changes.
• Experience using an HR system and maintaining confidential records.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare contracts, letters and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, contract changes and exits.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation accurately.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding requirements and employee clearances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files and HRIS data.
• Review HR requests for completeness, approvals and compliance requirements.
• Conduct data checks, resolve discrepancies and prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Respond to HR administration enquiries and elevate complex matters when required.
• Support audits, system updates, policy administration and process improvements.
• Complete HR transactions within agreed service-level timeframes.
