Job summary

AECOM is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support Workday and related HR processes in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. The role requires basic HR operations knowledge, good MS Office skills, and 2 years in a Shared Services/BPO environment.

You will handle routine HR transactions, assist customers with system guidance, and escalate complex issues to back-end support. This position emphasizes compliance with audit standards and data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2 years of HR Services experience in a Shared Services/BPO environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
• Experience with Workday or Oracle HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic HR system requests and transactions following standard methods.
• Process bulk HR system requests and tickets within SLA.
• Escalate complex HR system queries to back-end support when needed.
• Maintain accurate BPAA transactions and update incident reports.
• Provide guidance and walkthroughs for customers on HR systems.
• Contribute to SOP/DTP maintenance and CI initiatives.
