RealPage is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate in Metro Manila. You will support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and assist with benefits administration and payroll inquiries.

You’ll collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR partners in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, with onsite work for the first 90 days and a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or onboarding support.

Responsabilités

• Deliver centralized HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and support audits and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams.
