Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS.
• Act as primary contact for daily user support.
• Manage requests related to in-house HCM tool and Manage Engine.
• Resolve incidents through rapid problem solving and effective communication.
• Build partnerships with HR Support and Functional Teams.
• Learn and apply new tools (Workday and others) quickly.
• Provide insights and modifications on HR processes in the HCM tool.
• Maintain knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
