Our client is a boutique BPO company servicing Australian clients and is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, administration, and staff compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with Australian-based management to ensure smooth administrative operations and maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Manage day-to-day administrative functions across multiple offices.
Coordinate with Australian management regarding contracts, staff communications, attendance, medical clearances, and other administrative matters.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and 201 files.
Manage employee onboarding and ensure all compliance requirements are completed.
Support employee relations and assist with policy implementation.
Prepare and manage employee documentation, including notices, warnings, and other correspondence.
Monitor attendance and employee adherence to company policies.
Supervise and provide support to the Administrative and Compliance Assistant.
Coordinate with recruitment providers and oversee the recruitment process from requisition through onboarding.
Assist management with employee performance concerns and general office operations.
Ensure administrative processes are properly documented and consistently implemented.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
1–4 years of experience in administration, HR, or a related role.
Experience in a BPO environment is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee 201 files.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with Australian-based management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, reports, and documentation efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.
