The HR & ADMIN STAFF provides comprehensive operational support across the employee life cycle by ensuring timely, efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, statutory compliance, employee records management, and HR information systems administration. The role contributes to organizational effectiveness by delivering accurate HR services, maintaining regulatory compliance, safeguarding confidential information, and providing responsive support to employees while promoting continuous process improvement and service excellence.
Applicant screening, background verification, job offer preparation, and onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical examinations, government documentation, employment clearances, and onboarding requirements
Conduct New Hire Orientation covering company policies, Code of Conduct, and HR systems
Maintain accurate employee 201 files, recruitment databases, HR documentation, and electronic personnel records
Draft employment-related correspondence including employment certifications, notices, onboarding communications, and HR memoranda
Assist in timekeeping validation and payroll preparation
Maintain employee information in Sprout HR, including employment status, personal information, government memberships, and employee movement
Prepare and submit statutory reports to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and other government agencies
Provide first-level HR support to employees
Recommend improvements in HR processes and documentation
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least one (1) year of relevant HR experience
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications (e.g., Sprout HRIS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
