HHRG Services Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and administrative roles in the Philippines. You will post openings, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
You will also support onboarding, background checks, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate HR records. Fresh graduates are welcome and strong English skills are required.
Manage recruitment for clinical and administrative positions, including RNs, LVNs, PTs/PTAs, OTs/OTAs, Speech Therapists, MSWs, Home Health Aides, Clinical Managers, Intake staff, and other support roles.
Post job openings and actively source candidates through Indeed, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review applications, screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with applicants and maintain an updated recruitment pipeline.
Assist with compensation/rate negotiations and prepare offer letters.
Coordinate new-hire and contractor onboarding, including background screening and collection of required documents.
Maintain complete and accurate physical and electronic employee records.
Regularly follow up on missing or incomplete onboarding and employment documents.
Assist with benefits enrollment, employee status changes, payroll coordination, attendance, and timekeeping records.
Prepare HR letters, agreements, forms, and other employee documentation.
Maintain recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and employee-file trackers.
Coordinate with employees, clinicians, managers, and agency representatives regarding HR and staffing requirements.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative work is an advantage.
Healthcare, home health, hospice, or clinical recruitment experience is preferred.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple vacancies, employees, and agencies simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR systems, and online recruitment platforms.
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage priorities effectively.
