About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Nurse with HR & Administrative Functions to provide professional nursing support while also assisting with human resources and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both healthcare-related responsibilities and office/HR tasks.
This position is suitable for a licensed nurse who is interested in expanding their role into employee wellness, HR support, records management, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Nursing & Employee Health Functions
- Provide basic nursing care and first aid to employees when needed.
- Assess and respond appropriately to workplace health concerns and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical and health records.
- Monitor employee health conditions and coordinate referrals when necessary.
- Promote workplace health, safety, hygiene, and wellness practices.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of incidents, illnesses, and workplace injuries.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers when required.
HR & Administrative Functions
- Assist in monitoring attendance and other employee records.
- Assist in employee orientation and company policy implementation.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Provide support to the HR and management team in day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare employment documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
- Manage Petty cash
- Prepare checks payments
- Prepare purchase order
- Prepares Government mandatory reportorial requirements and compliances
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
- Valid nursing license
- Passed the required nursing board/licensure exam
- BLS/CPR certification (often required)
- Clinical experience, depending on the position
- Good communication and patient-care skills
