  • Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of guest financials
  • Maintain clean, organized hotel lobby, restaurant, and surroundings
  • Provide support to GST and Cashier during high-volume periods
  • Offer constructive feedback to management to improve service quality
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required by leadership

Position Summary:

The Hotel Supervisor oversees key operational workflows, driving event sales opportunities, ensuring pristine property presentation, maintaining rigorous financial and transaction accuracy, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction by leading the Guest Service Team and Flavor Box Cashiers.

Job Description:

1.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3.Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions that meet their objectives.

4.Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our event facilities and services.

5.Prepare and present detailed event proposals and cost estimates to clients.

6.Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure bookings.

7.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

8.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

9.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

10.Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.

11.Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

12.Monitor the performance of Guest Service Team (GST) and Flavor Box Cashiers in areas such as greetings, food suggestive selling, and upselling to ensure excellent service.

13.Validate room and food transactions as part of the hotel’s fraud prevention measures.

14.Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all guest-related financial transactions.

15.Ensure the hotel lobby, restaurant, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and convenient for guests and customers.

16.Provide support to the GST and Cashier during high-volume periods to prevent delays and guest dissatisfaction.

17.Provide constructive feedback to management and officers to enhance service quality.

18.Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration L, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in hotel management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • 25k-30k (Negotiable upon final interview)
