Job summary

EL COCO GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a proactive Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel activities, guest relations, and event coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will lead staff, coordinate reservations and marketing efforts, monitor finances, and prepare monthly reports while maintaining service standards across rooms, banquets, and common areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and event coordination.
• Basic understanding of marketing and social media management is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
