VelcoAsia Group of Companies is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced Makati environment.

The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring excellent guest service. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with different departments, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring that hotel standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other departments.
Monitor room readiness, cleanliness, and overall hotel facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas.
Assist in staff scheduling, task assignments, and daily briefings.
Ensure proper implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory and report shortages, damages, or maintenance concerns.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports as required.
Train, coach, and guide employees to maintain service and performance standards.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with concerned personnel when necessary.
Perform other duties related to hotel operations as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
