You will lead the Guest Service Team and Flavor Box Cashiers, ensuring top-notch guest experiences while maintaining financial accuracy and smooth event execution. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field and 2–3 years in hotel management, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in hospitality or related field
• 2–3 years of hotel management or similar role experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiar with data entry software and hotel management best practices

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new event business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and tailor event solutions
• Conduct presentations and site visits for facilities and services
• Prepare detailed event proposals and cost estimates
• Negotiate contracts to secure bookings
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful event execution
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
• Handle tasks requested by management as needed
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor GST and Flavor Box Cashiers performance
• Validate room and food transactions for fraud prevention

• Maintain clean, organized hotel lobby, restaurant, and surroundings
• Provide support to GST and Cashier during high-volume periods
• Offer constructive feedback to management to improve service quality
