The role involves conducting site inspections, preparing quotations, and maintaining client databases while supporting monthly and annual sales targets and attending trade shows and networking events.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for hotel rooms, events, conferences, and other services.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and hotel site inspections for prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales proposals.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with reservations, front office, banquet, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
