Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in sales leadership, strong numeracy, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel for site visits and coaching. Independence and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years as sales manager, area manager, or regional lead.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and data tools (MS Excel).
• Open to regular travel for regional site visits and field coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement regional sales plans to hit volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Coach, recruit, and manage field sales reps or distributor managers.
• Monitor inventory, compliance, and trade execution with regional partners.
• Analyze KPIs, forecast future sales, and report market updates to upper management.
• Travel across the assigned territory for client visits and trade checks.
