AHG Hotels & Resorts in Manila, Philippines seeks a Revenue & Reservations Manager to turn rate strategy into results. You’ll optimize room rates, manage OTA partnerships, and ensure pricing parity across channels while delivering exceptional guest service.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll drive occupancy and ADR with precision. Proposal requires a hotel-management degree and 2+ years as a Reservations Manager, with OTA and revenue-management experience; strong English and leadership

Qualifications

• College-level degree in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Reservations Manager in a hotel or resort.
• Proven experience managing OTA accounts and promotions.
• Strong understanding of rate parity, channel management, and revenue management principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret forecasts and channel data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; local language proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and leadership qualities.
• Computer literate with PMS, channel manager, and revenue systems.

Responsabilités

• Optimize room rates using yield management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and adjust pricing based on demand and forecasted occupancy.
• Identify sell-out dates and apply rate restrictions and availability controls.
• Distribute the daily VIP list and seven-day forecast.
• Achieve revenue targets and prepare reports for management decisions.
• Manage OTA relationships and monitor rate parity across channels.
• Supervise reservations and group blocks; train the reservations team.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Marketing and other departments.
