Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing BPO team.

You will answer inbound customer calls, make outbound calls when needed, handle reservation inquiries, and assist with booking issues while providing support related to hotel and supplier coordination. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months BPO experience, strong English communication, familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM, solid problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and are willing to work onsite

Qualifications

• 6 months BPO experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM ticketing systems.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination
• Resolve customer issues via Zendesk and log interactions efficiently
• Deliver consistent and high quality customer experiences
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the clients team
