Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Reservations Agent in Ortigas, Pasig, for onsite night shift operations. You will manage travel-related inquiries via email and web messaging, process complex transactions, and handle calls while focusing on non-voice tasks.

The role emphasizes data updates, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, numeracy for cost calculations, and experience with MS Office and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform complex cost calculations.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and navigating multiple proprietary web applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-velocity environment.
• Minimum of two years of completed college education.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications via email and web messaging to resolve travel-related queries.
• Process complex travel transactions including flights, upgrades, and add-ons across proprietary and third-party systems.
• Handle internal and external voice calls while maintaining a primary focus on non-voice operational tasks.
• Perform quality checks on own work and team output to ensure service accuracy before finalization.
• Prioritize and switch between multiple work queues and systems based on immediate business urgency.
• Update data, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback to improve current processes.
